Account & Data Deletion — Taminko

Fastest way: in the app

1. Open the app → Settings → Delete account → confirm.
2. Deleted immediately: your profile (name, email, phone), vehicles and sign‑in sessions.

Or request by email

Email us from the address registered in the app at info@sudinre.com with the subject “Delete my Taminko account”. We delete within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Unpaid comprehensive insurance requests are cancelled and the car, value, name and phone are erased from them. Issued insurance certificates, paid comprehensive policies and their financial records are retained as required by Sudanese insurance and accounting law, unlinked from the deleted account. Deleting the account does not cancel a valid certificate or policy.
